Youth Catechism School Program

Our Sunday School is a fun and welcoming place where kids ages 2 through 18 can learn about the Greek Orthodox faith in a way that’s meaningful and easy to understand. Classes meet every Sunday from September through June, directly following Holy Communion. Each week, children take part in lessons, stories, crafts, and activities that help them grow in their love for God and the Church.

Our preschool program focuses on introducing little ones to God’s love through simple prayers, Bible stories, songs, and hands-on activities. The goal is to help them feel at home in the Church and begin building a basic understanding of their faith in a joyful and nurturing setting.

Our elementary program builds on that foundation by teaching children about key Bible stories, the lives of saints, major feast days, and the meaning behind the Divine Liturgy and sacraments. Through engaging discussions, creative projects, and age-appropriate lessons, students begin to connect their faith with daily life and develop a deeper relationship with Christ.

Our middle and high school program encourages deeper conversations about faith, morality, and living as Orthodox Christians in today’s world. Students explore Scripture, Church history, the writings of the Church Fathers, and how Orthodox teachings apply to modern life. Classes are discussion-based and provide a space for teens to ask honest questions, strengthen their faith, and form lasting connections with their peers and mentors.

Our dedicated teachers create a warm, supportive environment where kids feel comfortable learning, growing, and building friendships rooted in faith.
