Agia Anna Philoptochos Chapter at Saints Constantine & Helen Church

The Agia Anna Philoptochos Chapter is a nationally chartered organization of the Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society Inc., assisting the needy and the poor on an international, national, and local level. Agia Anna supports the many activities within the parish both through member volunteered time, as well as financial means. The organization is active primarily in charitable programs and activities.

MEETINGS -

Philoptochos Chapter meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month in the Church Banquet Room.

MEMBERSHIP -

All women of the Parish are invited to join.

ACTIVITIES -

Anne Arundel Medical Center - Wall of Fame; Campus Ministry; Breakfast with Santa for needy families from Annapolis Public Schools; Domestic Violence; Eastern Paralyzed Veterans; Financial assistance to community members who demonstrate need; Folk Dance Festival; St. John
ChrysostomOratorical Festival; Salvation Army; Sunday School; Welfare Department.

EVENTS -

Wednesday December 7^th -Preparing sweet bread at Church 9:00am

Saturday December 10^th -"Breakfast with Santa" A Philoptochos/GOYA Sponsored Event

and Pastries for the Holidays pick-up from 10:00-12:00/Prep time will begin at 8:00am.

Sunday January 8^th -Vasilopita (contact Korina Bourantas or Helen Sfoundouris if you like to make Vasilopita)
