Agia Anna Philoptochos Chapter
at Ss Constantine & Helen
 

 

The Agia Anna Philoptochos Chapter is a nationally chartered organization of the Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society Inc., assisting the needy and the poor on an international, national, and local level.  Agia Anna supports the many activities within the parish both through member volunteered time, as well as financial means.  The organization is active primarily in charitable programs and activities.

MEETINGS - Philoptochos Chapter meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month in the Church Banquet Room.

MEMBERSHIP - All women of the Parish are invited to join.

ACTIVITIES - Anne Arundel Medical Center - Wall of Fame; Campus Ministry; Breakfast with Santa for needy families from Annapolis Public Schools; Domestic Violence; Eastern Paralyzed Veterans; Financial assistance to community members who demonstrate need; Folk Dance Festival; St. John Chrysostom Oratorical Festival; Salvation Army; Sunday School; Welfare Department.
